Customer Service

An Account Manager is assigned to each new account assisting you in transitioning to our fleet management services. They will also help you select the best product and services to meet your needs.

When you have made the transition, your primary point of contact with our company will be the Customer Service Representative assigned specifically to your account. When you call your Customer Service Representative, you will be calling someone who has visited your company and is already familiar with your business.

The Customer Service Representative will act as your liaison to all departments within our company. They will assist you with the order process and all other questions regarding your fleet including license and title, order status and billing inquiries. This will allow you to take full advantage of all the fleet management services that we offer.
